It is easy to just say that you don't feel like the gym or working out today, or perhaps you have begun your work out and just don't feel like pushing yourself any further or you may get discouraged and just not want to finish. Having somebody there to work out with is a huge motivator! Not only do you have somebody to talk to when you are working out, but they can help push you to keep going when you want to quit! If you find yourself as one of these people who just can't seem to stay focused, or motivated on your own, find somebody with common interests, a friend, or even family to work out with you! Get strong together!
